Will I Receive Tracking?

Yes! Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Can You Guarantee Delivery by a Specific Date?

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide, and exact arrival dates cannot be guaranteed. Production times, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and customs processing may affect delivery.

Could My Order Arrive in More Than One Package?

Yes. If your order includes multiple items, they may be produced or shipped separately and arrive in more than one package.

Ordering for a Special Occasion?

We recommend ordering as early as possible for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and other important dates, especially for orders shipping to Canada.

Help Your Mat Stay Looking Fresh

Shake or lightly sweep the mat regularly to remove loose dirt and debris.

For deeper cleaning, gently spot clean using mild soap and water.

Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, and abrasive scrubbing.

Allow the mat to air dry completely before placing it back in use.

For the longest life and best appearance, use in a sheltered or covered entryway when possible.

Is the personalization printed or attached?
Names and artwork are professionally printed onto the mat rather than added as removable lettering.

Can people actually walk on it?
Yes. It is designed as a functional welcome mat as well as a personalized home accent.

Is the design raised or engraved?
No. The artwork is printed onto the mat.

Can family names and other wording be personalized?
Yes. Designs may include family names, surnames, dates, greetings, or other custom text.

Is this suitable for a front entrance?
Yes. It works especially well in a sheltered or covered entryway.

Is it just decorative?
No. Although personalized designs make it decorative, it remains a functional entry mat.

Does personalization make the surface feel different?
No. The artwork is incorporated into the printed surface rather than added as raised pieces.

At Joy Filled Recovery, every gift is made to order with care and purpose. We know these pieces often celebrate milestones, recovery journeys, and people who mean more than words can say. That’s why quality matters deeply to us.

Our Pink Cloud Guarantee means we’ll take care of you if something isn’t right. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is a problem with the quality or production of your order, please contact us. We will review the issue and make it right with a replacement, correction, or other appropriate solution.

Because our personalized gifts are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded for changes of mind, ordering the wrong size or option, or personalization details entered incorrectly at checkout.

If you realize you submitted incorrect personalization or selected the wrong option, please still reach out to us. While we cannot replace a correctly produced personalized item at no charge, we’re happy to offer a discounted reprint or replacement rate to help make correcting the order more affordable.

Please carefully review all names, dates, clean or sobriety dates, milestone numbers, spelling, photos, sizes, options, and other personalization before submitting your order. Your gift will be created using the information you provide.

We put a great deal of care into every piece that leaves Joy Filled Recovery, and we want the gift you receive to be something you’re proud to give, display, or carry with you. If there is ever an issue with the quality, production, or accuracy of your item that is caused by us, we will make it right 100% of the time. If the item was produced correctly according to the information submitted with your order, it is considered a final sale.

That’s our Pink Cloud Guarantee — thoughtful gifts, made with care, and a team that stands behind what we create.
